[Sketches #3] Acid Flower

You are not going blind; there is indeed an exponential log pattern of dicks as Acid Flower sketch dumps get released.

I draw Acid Flower sketches like it's going out of fashion, and I am attempting to keep up with the fad. I was not sure if I would submit this, because it has a Mature rating (DA should have a Low Mature Rating, not just a Moderate and Strict), but the yaoi is not even canon (OR IS IT?!- depends on my mood). I have a Molecular Biology quiz tomorrow, but it is online. The Molecular Biology teacher even said the final exam is not cumulative anymore and OPEN BOOK. Did the holidays give her a change of heart? Wow. 

BTW, I found out my Evolutions teacher is a clergy. I would have never guessed; he explains evolution so well and unbiasly. He also does ecology and lizard research. Another example of religion and biology merging okay!

I was on a committee to hire a new marketing assistant for the College of Business today, and the top picks were in between this girl who had the lowest energy but had a blog/social media presence for the fashion industry, and a high energy international student who had passion and experience for the College of Business, and my boss and the former marketing assistant were gearing more towards the girl because "She doesn't fit the bill, but I bet we can use her connections and numbers", and I had to pitch for 30 minutes why choosing the international student was better because "Someone who can presumably give you "numbers" and does not fit the bill for a marketing assistant is like choosing the politician who can give you money instead of the politician who cared." In the end, you will get those "numbers", but that girl did not know the College of Business, did not care, and openly admitted that when she graduates, she is going straight to a PR job at her father's company. This is just a stepping stone for a resume. She would leave the job in a semester, while the international student would stay for a year and a half, and he would be a team player who would give more than what is asked of him. That's a real employee, NOT an intern.

My boss and the former marketing assistant finally agreed with me for the international student, but if I had not spoken up and fought for this candidate, I would be working with the person I knew was not meant for me. If you do not fight for what is best for you, who will? Would you date the guy with a lot of money, or the guy with the good personality who will treat you well?

There are many people who will choose the guy with more money and think that money will compensate for the awful personality/attitude, which I assure you, stains and last a lot longer than that money. 

Anyways, reminder I will come back to DA on December 20, 2017! See you guys then! I know finals week is coming for general college students. I want to do a SantaButt Livestream (each person who comes into the livestream gets a free color request, and they can watch me draw it), and a Steam Don't Starve Together Livestream (if you have Don't Starve Together on Steam, you can play on the same server and we can all starve togetherrrr).
